While ServerAvatar cannot prevent these issues from occurring, we offer paid support to help resolve them.
If your WordPress site experiences application-level downtime or issues, you can request support from the ServerAvatar team. For a fee of $10 per incident, our technical experts can troubleshoot your site for you. This level of support is designed for non-technical users who may not understand logs and site-level code.
Application-level support is currently available only for WordPress applications.
To request application-level support, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to your Application Dashboard, then click Troubleshoot.
Step 2: On the Troubleshoot page, provide the details of the issue you're experiencing in your WordPress application, then click Pay Now & Create a Ticket.
