Whitelist IP
Whitelist IP is a security feature that restricts which IP addresses can access the ServerAvatar panel. When enabled, only IP addresses you have explicitly whitelisted can log in; all other attempts are denied.
This helps protect your account from unauthorized access by ensuring that only known networks or devices can reach the panel. If someone tries to log in from an IP that is not on the list, they will be blocked and you will receive an email notification. You can then review the request and, if appropriate, add the new IP to the whitelist.
Step 1: Log in to your Account and click on Account -> Security -> Whitelist IP in the left sidebar.

How to enable or disable Whitelist IP
On the Whitelist IP card, you will find a switch on the right side. Click the switch to enable or disable the feature.

When Whitelist IP is enabled, only whitelisted IPs can log in. When it is disabled, any IP address can attempt to log in to the ServerAvatar panel.
After enabling, the section will look like the following:

To disable Whitelist IP, click the same switch again. It will be disabled immediately and all IPs will be allowed to attempt login.
How to add an IP address
You can add an IP address to the whitelist at any time by clicking the Add IP button on the Whitelist IP card.

Enter the IP address you want to whitelist and click Add. The IP will be added to the list and can be used to access the panel (when Whitelist IP is enabled).

If a new IP tries to log in while Whitelist IP is enabled, you will receive an email notification. You can approve the request from the email or add the IP manually here.
How to remove an IP address
To remove an IP from the whitelist, click the delete (trash) button next to that IP in the list. The IP will be removed immediately and will no longer be able to access the panel when Whitelist IP is enabled.
If you remove your current IP from the whitelist while still logged in, your next login attempt from this IP may be blocked until you add it again or disable Whitelist IP from another whitelisted device.
