Manage Basic and Billing Details
Overview
In ServerAvatar, you can manage your organization's basic and billing details in the same form. This form allows you to edit the name, description, logo, and billing information for your organization. This document will guide you through the process of managing your basic and billing details in ServerAvatar.
Managing Your Basic Details
Step 1: Log in to ServerAvatar.
Step 2: Click on the Team Management -> Organization tab from the sidebar.
Step 3: Here, you can see and edit your organization's basic details, such as the name, description and logo.
Step 4: After edit the details, click the Update button to save your changes.
Managing Your Billing Details
Step 5: Scroll down to the Billing Detail section.
Step 6: Here, you can edit the billing information of your organization, such as the billing name, email address, address, and tax details like the GST Number, VAT ID, or any custom tax details (Custom Tax Label and Number will display on the Invoice).
Step 7: After edit the details, click the Update button to save your changes.
Once you have saved your changes, the updated basic and billing details will be reflected in your organization's account. You can always come back to this section to edit or update the information as needed.
