Refund Policy

This Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our website’s Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

1. Management Plans (Tier 2, Tier 3, Tier 4 – Recurring & Lifetime)
   Refunds may be requested within 7 (seven) days of purchase.
   This applies to full-price purchases as well as discounted purchases.
2. Managed Server Credits
   Refunds cannot be issued for any portion of credits that have already been used.
   Only unused managed server credits may be eligible for a refund within the 7-day period.
3. Credit Additions & Add-ons Purchased With Discounts
   Refunds cannot be processed for:
   • Credit top-ups purchased at a discount
   • Add-ons purchased at a discount
     These purchases are final and non-refundable.

We value customer satisfaction and take all feedback seriously to improve our services.

2. METHOD OF PAYMENT AND REFUND

If eligible, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. The refunds can be only processed on the original method of payment. If the original method of payment doesn’t exist at the time of the refund, The refund cannot be processed until original method of payment is active again to accept the refund.

3. REFUND TIMELINE

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–15 business days from the date of confirmation.
